How long does the tour last?
The tour lasts approximately 1 hour (time may vary due to heavy traffic or construction work).
Where does the tour start and end?
Our meeting point is at Albertinaplatz, right in the heart of Vienna and near the famous Albertina museum. The tour ends right by the meeting point.
At what time does the tour start?
The tour starts at 10:00, 12:00, 14:00 and 16:00
Can I buy my ticket at the meeting point?
We always try to be flexible and upon availability we will enable you to join a later tour. Please be aware, however, that it is your responsibility to arrive at least 10 minutes before the tour starts to the meeting point.
Is the tour for children or only for adults?
The tour is perfect not only for adults but also for children ages 7+. Tickets aren’t available for younger children.

Is the tour a 100% virtual reality experience?
The tour combines virtual reality with an audio guide. Throughout the tour you will hear interesting stories through the audio guide and at 4 different stations you will wear the virtual reality glasses and enjoy a one of a kind virtual reality experience.
How do I wear the virtual reality glasses?
At the beginning of the tour you will receive all the instructions to ensure that you will wear the glasses correctly and fully enjoy the experience.
Will I get dizzy wearing the virtual reality glasses?
We designed the experience so that you will wear the glasses for a limited time in 4 different stations throughout the tour. This way you won’t get dizzy and will be able to fully enjoy the tour.
What will I see during the virtual reality experience?
We can’t reveal the details until you try it out. All we can say is that you will get to see some of Vienna’s most important historical events and meet some of the city’s most important people. Get ready for a unique experience!
