Ride the Heurigen Express
This attraction is not only great for lovers, but also for families with children! Take a romantic and relaxed ride on the Heurigen Express and enjoy the picturesque wine towns and idyllic vineyards. If you buy a hop on/hop off ticket, get off at Kahlenberg and enjoy the scenic view of Vienna from 484m above ground. Our favourite thing to do is ride the train from Heiligenstadt all the way to the end where you will experience a real Viennese Heuriger, enjoy some local meats and cheeses and then stop at Kahlenberg on the way back for some ice-cream at Café Kahlenberg. Enjoy your ice-cream while walking around the viewing deck and either get the train back down or hike down slowly (depending on how much you enjoy walking!).
